By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are creating an agency workspace on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Creator Intelligence connects to platforms you authorize — currently YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Threads, TikTok, Spotify, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Moj, and ShareChat — to show analytics, cluster and summarize audience comments, compute engagement scores, generate growth recommendations, and (only with your explicit review and approval) help you draft and send replies or WhatsApp broadcasts. Nothing is posted or sent to any platform on your behalf without you approving that exact content first, with the sole exception of scheduled messages you have explicitly configured in advance (e.g. a WhatsApp funnel step) — those send as configured, without a per-message approval step, because approving the funnel itself was the approval.
Moj and ShareChat have no public developer API; figures for these platforms are entered by you and labeled as self-reported throughout the product. LinkedIn's free tier provides identity only, not analytics. Spotify and Snapchat access are limited by each platform's own current API tiers. We do not fabricate numbers to compensate for any of these limits.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is lawful. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account, including any platform connections and agency-client relationships you authorize.
Reply drafts, content suggestions, engagement scores, and insight summaries are generated with the help of an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) and are always labeled as such in the product. They are suggestions, not guarantees of accuracy — you're responsible for reviewing anything before it is sent or acted on, and for any consequence of sending AI-drafted content you chose to approve.
There is no free tier. Pricing is per managed client, in flat-rate tiers published on the Pricing page and computed by the same formula shown there — a solo creator is billed as one client managing themselves. Prices exclude GST, charged at 18% on top; if you are GST-registered you may add your GSTIN at checkout to reclaim it as input tax credit. You may choose monthly or annual billing; the annual price is exactly twelve monthly payments — it is a payment schedule, not a discount.
Your tier follows your active client roster automatically as it changes. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a period already paid, except where required by applicable law. [Refund policy to be confirmed with counsel before publishing.] Deleting your account (§9) cancels any active subscription with the payment provider first, before any data is removed.
You agree not to:
If you use broadcast, funnel, or reply features on any messaging channel, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and, where required, prior opt-in consent to message each recipient, and for honoring opt-outs. We provide the tooling; we do not verify your consent basis for any individual recipient, and you indemnify us against claims arising from messages you chose to send.
We own the service's software, design, and the fixed scoring formulas it discloses to you. You own your own content, platform data, and client relationships. You grant us only the license needed to process your data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This is immediate and irreversible: it cancels any active subscription with the payment provider, then permanently removes your profile, every connected account, and everything synced under them. See the Privacy Policy §6 for exactly what that covers.
Use of connected platforms' data must comply with each platform's own developer terms — including YouTube's API Services Terms and the equivalent terms for Meta, TikTok, Spotify, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Moj, or ShareChat.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the continued availability of any third-party platform's API, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data arising from a connected platform's own API changes or outages. [Standard SaaS liability template — confirm enforceability under Indian contract law with counsel.]
These terms are governed by the laws of India. [Jurisdiction/venue and whether disputes go to arbitration or the courts of a specific city — to be decided with counsel before publishing.]
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, including the acceptable-use obligations in §6–7. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time under §9.
This product is under active development; these terms may change as features change. We will update the "last updated" date above when they do, and this draft will be materially reviewed by a lawyer before any public launch or platform submission.
